The FRideDays Bike Bus
Fresh air, friends, and that Friday feeling. That's what the FRideDays Bike Bus is all about.
A bike bus is a group of people who ride to school together. It's a fun way to make the benefits of cycling a regular part of the week.
Created in partnership with our friends at Schwalbe, you can download our guide with every you need to know about setting up your own bike bus.
Find bike shops near you
We have a brand new map showing all of the independent bike shops open in your area.
Air quality
We need to act now to reduce the number of polluting motor vehicles on our roads, and make it easier for people to walk, wheel and cycle.
Let's protect what we love from the climate crisis
Did you know that transport accounts for 27% of the UK's greenhouse gas emissions?
Shifting to walking, wheeling and cycling for shorter journeys is one of the best ways to make a carbon-zero future.
As members of the Climate Coalition, we want to help you make that shift and show the world what you’re doing to combat the climate crisis.
The Climate Coalition have loads of resources to help you join the biggest conversation about climate change this country has ever seen.
So get involved and show the love for the life you want to protect.
Moving the nation
As a member of the Walking and Cycling Alliance, alongside the Ramblers, the Bicycle Association, Cycling UK, British Cycling and Living Streets, with a combined membership of more than 330,000 people, we launched a joint manifesto ‘Moving the Nation’ in June 2018.
This sets out a new vision of a future where everybody in the UK can live, work and play in places that are healthy, vibrant and that make walking and cycling the natural choice for short journeys.
