Choosing to travel by cycle to the event along the National Cycle Network will provide the opportunity to enjoy scenic paths and fresh air while exercising in some of Scotland's striking countryside.
These traffic-free routes, which can be enjoyed regardless of experience and ability, will guide you right to the heart of the Championships.
Finding the right route for you
The venues for the event are conveniently located near a number of National Cycle Network routes.
We've created six maps so you can make the most of your journey when travelling by cycle to the event.
Travelling to Dumfries: Whitesands and The Crichton (Route 7)
Travelling to Stirling: City Park Stage (Route 76, 765 and 768)
Travelling to Glentress: Glentress MTB centre (Route 1)
Travelling to Fort William: Nevis Range Mountain Resort (Route 78)
Travelling to Glasgow: George Square and BMX centre (Route 7, 75, 754 and 756)
Travelling to Glasgow: Sir Hoy Velodrome, Emirates Arena and Glasgow Greens (Route 7, 74, 75 and 756)
