This great, short route travels between Scarborough Bridge and Tang Hall. Part on-road and part traffic-free, you'll travel across the northern city centre between the River Ouse, the Minster, and the western end of the Foss Islands Path.
There is a traffic-free link to York station, which forms part of the wonderful Way of the Roses cycle route. Cycle hire is available at the station too if you need it.
Nearby, York Minster is an absolute must-do with its gothic decor and the largest collection of medieval stained glass in the world.
The River Ouse is the perfect place to watch the world go by.
