Sustrans X Saddle Skedaddle Giveaway - Terms and conditions
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Entries will be accepted until 23.59 on 15 February 2024. All entries must be received by this date. Entries received after this date will not be included.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of Sustrans and anyone professionally connected with the competition. No purchase necessary.
The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries. There will be one first prize winner, one second prize winner, three runner-up prize winners.
The prizes will be as follows: 1st prize – Saddle Skedaddle self-guided UK cycling holiday for two. RRP £1,800. Includes accommodation and bike hire (with e-bikes available). 2nd prize – Restrap cycle bag 14 litres. RRP £119.99 Runner-up prize x3 – Sustrans long-distance route map and GPX of your choice. RRP £12.99
The 1st prize winner can select from a range of UK cycling trips from Saddle Skedaddle. To claim, the winner must book between the announcement date and February 2025. The holiday can occur after this date. Not combinable with other offers.
The Promoter will email the 1st prize winner all necessary details for redeeming the prize through Saddle Skedaddle.
All other prizes will be posted free of charge to a UK address provided by the winner within 30 days of the winner claiming their prize.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
The winners will be notified by the Promoter by email no later than 29 February 2024. The prize winners must claim ownership of their prize within 30 days of contact from the organisers. In the event that this period is exceeded the organisers reserve the right not to award the prize.
The Promoter will contact the winners and, where relevant, ask them to share their address to receive the prize and select their chosen Sustrans cycle map and GPX.
Saddle Skedaddle retains the right to substitute the 1st prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available for reasons out of their control.
No cash alternative will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable to other merchandise, however the Promoter reserves the right to substitute or offer an alternative prize of equal value.
The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for loss or corruption of data in transit.
Any personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the Data Protection Act 2018 and associated laws. If you opt in to receive Saddle Skedaddle's email newsletter on your entry form, the personal data you enter will be shared with Saddle Skedaddle. Sufficient safeguards, including appropriate data sharing agreements, are in place to protect your personal information.
