The route begins in the village of Rostrevor, on the coast of County Down. Kilbroney Park lies close to Rostrevor and is well worth exploring, with a café and commanding views of Carlingford Lough.
From Rostrevor the route turns inland, with plenty of scenic beauty along the way, finishing at Coyles Hill.
