Rachel Toms champions the shift to low-carbon, healthy transport through action on the built environment and through behaviour change programmes. Originally a landscape architect, she designed streets and public spaces and delivered town centre regeneration before leading action on ‘healthy placemaking’ for the NHS, Mayor of London, Public Health England and Design Council.
